Property Management
During Due Diligence and immediately after closing, MCRE’s in-house management team initiates day-to-day contact with tenants. MCRE maintains control of all property management issues from rent collection, to construction management, to reconciliations and common area utility contracts. In many cases, MCRE’s efforts will reduce NNN costs, improve tenant collections and retention and result in improved overall tenant satisfaction within the shopping center. Finally, MCRE’s local construction team is always ready to mobilize to resolve any tenant issues (within contractual limits).
